    EPON线路完工之日起7个工作日内代理商要把无线网卡发放给最终客户。    若由代理商的原因造成，除了算作有责投诉外还另外扣罚3000元代理费。
    上述规定从3月15日开始执行了，大家要记住了，这可是要扣钱的:)
