HD video gives brilliance to the annual meeting of STEC

February 1, 2011 is the most important annual festival for Chinese people, the Spring Festival eve. This is the real beginning of the Spring Festival. STEC chose it as a Spring Festival gathering for the whole company. In order to keep up with the global trend of energy saving and carbon emission reduction, leadership of STEC decided not to round up all the staff, but to let the presenter and all the staff in Qingpu factory to enjoy the performance of the main venue in Xujiahui, and participate in the lottery draw in an interactive way through live video broadcast. This makes the gathering a green and environment-friendly annual meeting. Since it’s the first time that they adopt this kind of interact broadcast, and the directors of STEC Foreign Cooperation have to give New Year’s greetings to the staff through video, so Secretary Wu, who is in full charge of this gathering, paid significant attention to this, and emphasized for many times that we must ensure a high-definition of the video and audio without delay, and make the staff in the two places feel as if they are in the same venue.

As the service provider of this Spring Festival gathering, QTCT actively consult the client about their required effect in the preliminary work and make a plan. After that we did a lot of tests and get involved in each rehearsal to get familiar with the process, and adjust the view of the camera so as to find the potential problems and do some adjustment.
